Tempress, Solar Subsidiary of Amtech Systems, Strengthens market position with industry acceptance of its Next Generation (HD-POCl3) Solar Diffusion System

TEMPE, Ariz., Nov. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Amtech Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASYS), a global supplier of production equipment and related supplies for solar, semiconductor, and LED markets, today announced that its solar subsidiary, Tempress Systems, an industry leader for POCl3 and BBr3 (Boron) diffusion, has won an order from a new customer in Taiwan, a repeat order from an existing customer in Taiwan and installed approximately 800MW of its next-generation solar diffusion systems at a leading Chinese solar cell and module manufacturer.
