Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board

Robert C. Daigle became CEO of Amtech Systems in August 2023, having joined the Board in August 2021 and elected Chairman in March 2022. Prior to his role at Amtech, Mr. Daigle served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Rogers Corporation, where he had a distinguished 30-year career in various senior executive positions. At Rogers, he successfully built and led both the High Frequency Circuit Materials and Power Electronics Solutions businesses. Mr. Daigle holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mark Weaver

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Mark Weaver joined Amtech in late 2025 as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller of Rogers Corporation from November 2017 to May 2024, a publicly traded global leader in engineered materials serving electric and hybrid vehicles, automotive safety and radar systems, mobile devices, renewable energy, and industrial markets. Earlier, Mr. Weaver held senior finance and accounting leadership roles at Internap Corporation and NXP Semiconductors N.V., and also served as a finance and reporting consultant at Resources Global Professionals. Mr. Weaver holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Angi Larson joined Amtech in 2023 as the Chief Human Resource Officer. Angi’s background includes over 25 years of human resources experience with focus in strategic business partnership, talent development, and talent management. Angi’s most recent work experience was with Rogers Corporation a global technology leader in specialty materials and components with over 900 million dollars in annual revenue and 3500 employees worldwide. Prior to Rogers Corporation, Angi was the Vice President Human Resources for Hardware & Home Improvements, a division of Spectrum Brands. Angi was instrumental in the successful integration of the HHI division in the areas of strategic leadership, organizational alignment, advisory and learning & development. Angi holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and earned a Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) certification from Cornell University, as well as a Women in Leadership certification from the Center for Effective Leadership.

Vice President and General Manager, Thermal Processing Solutions

Rob DiMatteo brings almost three decades of experience in sales, business management, and strategic market development. His expertise covers key end markets, including surface mount technology, semiconductor packaging, and high-temperature furnace applications. Prior to his current role as Vice President and General Manager of Thermal Processing Solutions, Rob served as BTU’s Director of Sales for the Americas. In his current capacity, Rob oversees BTU’s global organization, managing teams across the USA, UK, China, and Southeast Asia.

Jason Brown

Vice President & General Manager SFS Division, Global Operations

In 2024 Jason Brown joined Amtech as the Vice President of Operations after having served in operations roles of increasing responsibility at Entrepix, an Amtech company, since 2018.    As Vice President, Operations Jason sets cohesive strategic goals for all of Amtech’s operations globally.  In addition, Jason oversees day to day manufacturing operations at the Entrepix and BTU facilities in Phoenix, AZ and Westford, MA.   Jason brings over 30 years of experience to the role with subject matter expertise in supply chain management, advanced fabrication, enterprise resource planning, quality systems among others.
