Amtech Named to Deloitte's Fast 500 List of Fastest-Growing Technology Companies in the U.S. and Canada

TEMPE, Ariz.--Amtech Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASYS), a global supplier of production and automation systems and related supplies for the manufacture of solar cells, has been named to the 2009 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ list of fastest growing technology companies in the United States and Canada. Established in 1997, the annual listing is based on percentage fiscal year revenue growth over a five-year period and includes both public and private companies. Amtech Systems was ranked 384 with 316% growth over the five year period from 2004 to 2008.
