Patented Product	Amtech System’s E-300 wafer elevator, is a compact, low-cost system designed with a single objective; to eliminate operator risk while holding wafer boats and simultaneously negotiating stepladders. The Amtech Systems E300 mounts to any load station, handles any boat-type and is capable of integrating with factory automation. It's a simple, reliable and cost-effective system to insure a higher safety-factor during furnace cantilever loading or unloading. Operator steps up or down with hands free, then manually loads/unloads the cantilever loader. Mounts directly onto any existing Loadstation with installation time less than eight hours.
